If you fill out a form on this site (contact or workshop signup), we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email if you choose to give it, your message, and — on the communities form — your community's name. If you check the consent box, we also record that you agreed to be contacted, along with the exact wording you agreed to.

If you just browse, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you personally. We can see that pages were visited — not who you are.

That's it. This site uses no cookies, which is why you've never seen a cookie pop-up here.

We use your form information for exactly one thing: responding to your request and, if you've consented, contacting you about it by phone, text, or email. You can opt out of contact at any time — just tell us, or reply STOP to a text.

Like most small businesses, we use a few trusted services to operate: Cloudflare hosts this website and provides the cookie-less analytics, and Resend delivers form submissions to us by email. They process this data on our behalf to make the site work — they don't get to use it for their own purposes.

Only as long as we need it to serve you. If you'd like your information deleted, email us at help@gentlecomputers.com and we'll take care of it — no forms, no hoops.

This site is intended for adults and isn't directed at children under 18.

If this policy ever changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
